For the past week over 1000 Anglicans have been meeting in Jerusalem at a gathering called Global Anglican Future Conference (GAFCON). Here's the link of the New York Times coverage of the outcome.

The GAFCON press release states that six Primates are involved in this new movement. That would be 6 of 38 primates in the Anglican Communion. You can read that release here -

Thanks, Jim. I find the Archbishop of Canterbury's response helpful as I try to digest my first readings of what is obviously a very significant document in the unfolding and perhaps the unraveling of our Anglican lives in this generation.
