Another Conservative Bishop gets the Consents and is Consecrated (Thought that wasn't supposed to happen again)

In spite of the continued assertion, by those who wish to realign, that a conservative Bishop will never get consents from Standing Committees and Bishops in the future, Paul Lambert did.
