Bishop suggests more school places for non-christians

The Church of England is considering making its schools more open to children whose parents do not go to church.

The head of the church's education board says, in the future, as few as one in 10 pupils could be committed Christians.

The Bishop of Oxford, the Right Rev John Pritchard, says the Church's main function is to serve the wider community.
